First Grade children are wonderful curious creatures. I am blessed to spend so much time with them. They teach me a great deal about living the way we are meant to live. They support and encourage each other and also press for excellence.

I have been teaching at Holy Cross Parish School since 2001. My relationship with the school began long before that. I met my husband at Holy Cross Parish. We married and raised two daughters as members of the Holy Cross Parish community.

I have worked as both a teacher and a social worker in varied settings. Each situation and experience, from Grade One to Graduate School teaching has enriched my learning, skills, competence and understanding. My desire is to help each member of the First Grade learning community grow as fully and richly as possible. Each for the other, both for God. I intend to foster growth in all areas of life.
